  27. What does WinGoat 1.1 do?
  28. WinGoat 1.1 simply scans for WinGates that you can use for "spoofing" your ip.

  32. How do I use it ?
  33. Type in the beginning ip address in the field "Beginning address". This could be for example 127.0.0.1. Then type in the ending ip address you want to scan in the field "Ending address". This could be for example 127.0.0.2. Then type in the delays (in ticks) between each ip to be scannend in the field "Delay".
